Booking starts with a quick description of what's happening: does the door not move at all, does the opener strain and stop, is there a gap in the coiled spring above the door. Most houses in Azalea Park went up around 1982, which puts the original garage doors and torsion hardware a decade or more ahead of what you'd find in the newer subdivisions built closer to Orlando proper.
